That's how i feel. I am under thin ice ready to break. I feel that "dark side" of my mind taking control again and it does feel bad. Really bad. I feel that my work is loosing quality, that friends i think that were friends aren't, that life is going the wrong way and that i just old on to some things, and that's whats preventing me to fall into a deeper hole. I feel like i am close to the bottom and i can't climb.
